Vivar means the black hole. Vivar is an award winning Marathi Short Film. This is a story of exploitation of aspirations of the young immigrants. The film is a multilayered description of emotional and social dislocation of a young man.

Young Vilas is an immigrant to the city of Mumbai. Detached from his habitat, Vilas gets dumped in the city as a construction site worker. Here, he gets infatuated towards a girl named Babita and becomes a mute witness of the events in her life. As the life of Babita unfolds, Vilas journeys through deeper, darker & nightmarish world hidden beneath the glitters of the city. Watch this award winning film:
